Dr. Lauren Adelizi specializes in chiropractic care that is safe, gentle and effective.

Chiropractic care using the axial stability method® is a gentle technique that uses sensory integration of the vestibulo-proprioceptive-visual system to make permanent changes in how the body holds itself up against gravity. This system of chiropractic encourages symmetry of the body which relieves biomechanical stress on the skeletal, muscular, and nervous system. This decreases pain and allows for optimal body function.

Low Force Chiropractic

A re-exam may be necessary if an established patient has a new issue or has not been seen for a significant amount of time.

Dr. Lauren Adelizi received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2005 from New York Chiropractic College. She spent the next decade in Massachusetts working and studying with the founder of the Axial Stability Method®, Dr. David Newton, before moving to be closer to family in Western New York. She has also earned Bachelors of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Gettysburg College. She is passionate about restoring health and happiness to people in all walks of life.
